Nordic Holidays is a specialist in receiveing leisure charter flights to Kuusamo. We are experienced in co-ordinating and scheduling hundreds of people in several different programs simultaneously in our region. We can provide our tour-operator partners and clients full service concept.

Meetings and Conferences

The high-class conference facilities of north-east Finland and the diverce nature offer our clients a unique venue for meetings and conferences. The biggest single meeting place in this area the Kuusamo Hall where there is an auditorium for 523 people. In the future we will see an increase in the number of conference venues as new investments are being planned to Ruka and Kuusamo area. When you arrange a conference in Kuusamo, our organization can take care of several tasks on your behalf. When you leave the arranging of transportation, accommodation, transfers, meals and programs for us, you can concentrate on the contents of your meeting.

Nordic Holidays has significant experience in the planning and organizing intenational sports events. In case of such an event, we will help you to concentrate on the event itself. We will take care of accommodation, transport and catering arrangements for various participating teams. The participants can register through our organization and we can also take care of the accreditation.
